Mercy Culture Spiritual Leadership School exists to take people from corporate encounters with God to daily personal encounters with God. At MCSLS You will gain knowledge, insight and encounter the Lord in ways that will transform your life.
ENCOUNTER
Without His presence, we have nothing! He gives us the desire and the power to do work for His good pleasure, by filling us with the Holy Spirit. Moses stated to the LORD, ‘if Your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here.’ We are a school that is presence driven, and give God the whole room. Our first intention is to please Him, so everything is done for Him, as He leads, we follow. Everything is EASY in His presence.

ACTIVATION & EQUIP
Jesus taught and equipped the disciples, but He didn’t stop there. He released them to practice what they had learned. He gave them opportunity to step out into what He had equipped them with. We want to lead like Jesus, equipping people with truth and empowering them to step out in the authority that God has given them, by creating safe spaces for activation.

TEACHING & IMPARTATION
Learning is a way to connect with God. A teaching brought from someone who is well studied, experienced, and anointed can awaken revelation in the lives of those who hear it. Teacher is one of the five-fold gifts and is an important part of our spiritual growth. We teach the Bible, it is the source of all doctrine, instruction, correction, and reproof. It contains all that is needed for guidance in developing spiritual leaders who live in holiness, godliness, and practical Christian conduct.

SERVICE
Jesus came not to be served but to serve. He modeled a life of service by ministering to the needs of people physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At MCSLS our goal is to do the same, by taking service from in the House of God to the city. When we pour out our lives, doing everything we do as unto the Lord, His glory will be revealed and they will give thanks to God for our good works.

OUR PROGRAM:
Mercy Culture Spiritual Leadership School offers a 2 year program with a 3rd year paid internship (invitation only). Daily classroom teaching, student chapels, weekly activation and impartation moments, Cadres (small groups), leadership tracks and outreach are designed to transform your mind and reform your heart. You will be equipped with learning the ways of God, growing in intimacy with Him and finding favor to impact and influence the world.

Year 1 & 2: Knowing God & His Ways
The first two years of Mercy Culture Spiritual Leadership School focus on intimacy and identity. “Spiritual leadership” simplified is taking your relationship with God and learning how to give it away to those around you. You don’t have anything to give away when you don’t have a thriving relationship with the Lord first. We believe that spiritual leadership develops best through daily personal encounters with God. The Holy Spirit is the best teacher. We will teach you how to hear His voice through daily disciplines, learning the ways of God and growing in deeper connection with Him.
Year 3: Internship (Invitation only)
The third year will focus on impact and influence, and discovering what it means to find the favor of God through relationship with Him. During this paid internship, you will work alongside our staff and be partnered with a specific staff member according to your passion, call, and gifting. You will learn and lead in the practical aspects of ministry for your call and purpose.
Year 4: Church Planting partnership program (Invitation only)
